What We Do

- Faculty and staff must see their division secretary to complete a Request for Access form to obtain their user name and password for their computer and e-mail and arrange HP3000 access. This form must be sent to Bonnie Madison in room 4122.
- If you need to change your password, please call the TSS helpline at x5872 (Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ----- Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm). A work order will be generated and assigned to a staff member. Our goal is to fix most problems the same day.
