If you are planning to attend a conference, seminar or a meeting, you may be required to register as a participant and pay a fee. Registration fees can through a Travel Requisition Form. The TR has been designed to enable the College to prepay your registration fee. Space has been provided on the form for you to identify the amount of the registration fee and the name of the organization or company to whom the check is to be made payable. Be sure to include the mailing address and provide a copy of the meeting agenda and the registration form. The completed registration form and check will be mailed for you by the Business Office.
In order to process your request for prepaid registration, the Travel Requisition Form should be submitted at least two weeks prior to registration deadlines.
Upon return from travel status, do not claim meals included with the registration fee on the Travel Expense Voucher for reimbursement.
